I am just about .."ready to bust a gut"...from laughing so hard! It seems that the local "mini-Mart" is about to become the local "Whinny-Mart!" To get more Amish business,.......a horsey "fill-er-up" water pump has been added..complete with water trough..right next to the gas pumps!
There are hitchin' posts down town and an Old Order Amish customer can get a ticket if his sturdy steed leaves any "Amish exhaust" on the street,.but now the fast food and gas chain has built accomadations for the owners of "equine purveyances!!!"
A buggy driver can buy a small bag of oats and use the store's "optional feeding poke".i..e...store lends out feed bags if your horsey has forgotten his own while the family shops for the 'tater chips' and other sinful goodies! Life in Avarre..has indeed gone progressive! Heh!
