Rosezelle and I spoke yesterday to about fifty to one hundred senior citizens. We spoke for exactly one hour and our take home pay was around three hundred dollars...including book sales. We should do better at our next "book talk" at the Massillon Woman's Club Dinner luncheon, which comes up soon.
My hand is sore from signing books and autograph books. I have one magazine article, which could very well be published within a week or two,..if I make a few small but relevant changes. I am four book reviews behind in my newpaper work,..one column behind in my disabilities column, and I have yet to get the information from Rosezelle so that we can write up a press release for her recent awards from Wright State. I am "swamped" with work of my own and two other familes want me to start working with family members as an LPN and ADL therapist. Between the writing and the nursing, I NEED SOME ASSISTANCE,..PLEASE!!!!
Relief is on the way!! We have one new writer, who is doing the basics for starting my own book,..WALKING FREE AND STANDING TALL. Besides this,..I am interviewing a client of mine on her experiences as housemaid during World War One in England. She worked for the Churchill Family so her experiences should be quite unique. This book, I will be writing...(shiver)...ON MY OWN----baring corny jokes about outhouses and such.
There is another new writer, whose book I will be promoting with my own books,..if she will just answer my e-mails. She is excellent and tried to tell me something a long time ago, but I would not listen to her. (More on that later if I can find the time!!)
